How Can I Help You?

My name is Luke and I’m a professional therapist located in Loveland, Colorado. I specialize in helping individuals overcome relationship struggles, low self-confidence, destructive habits, and life transitions. My approach is compassionate and direct—ideal for clients who are ready to face hard truths and create meaningful change. I don’t like to mess around; if you're "ready for better", I'll "kick your butt" to get you moving towards where "better" actually is!

I believe that many of us are not living as our "truest selves”. Healing often involves changing the little details in our lives that create the biggest problems in the long run. Real transformation happens when you’re ready to challenge old patterns, embrace new perspectives, and take courageous steps toward the life you’ve always wanted.

Book a consult with me if you're interested in giving therapy a shot. No matter who you are, I'd be happy to hear your story and outline a "proposed plan" for treatment. There's always hope for anybody's life to change, as long as they're willing to hear the truth and put in the work.

Each person is unique, so my first priority is understanding who you are and what you hope to achieve. Our therapy will be tailored specifically to your needs and goals. Most clients gain clarity on their path within the first session, and from there, we work together to take meaningful steps toward lasting growth and fulfillment.

Our work together will be a collaborative process where you feel heard, challenged, and supported. In the early sessions, we'll focus on gaining clarity about your goals and identifying obstacles in your path. From there, we'll take meaningful steps toward personal growth and fulfillment. Our therapy is about discovering your strengths, finding direction, and building the life you want.
